BATCHELDER, J.

The defendant, Christine M. Coons, was convicted of possession of psilocybin mushrooms, RSA 318-B:2, I (1984). On appeal, she challenges the Superior Court's (Hampsey, J.) denial of her motion to suppress. We reverse.
