Mary Catherine Jackson appeals the district court's order finding her to be in contempt of court and sentencing her to 30 days in jail.

On December 31, 1986, Jackson was appointed to serve as conservator for Michael and Mia McRoy. Jackson is the natural mother of both Michael and Mia and is admitted to practice law in Kansas.
