("the Debtor") against MITSUBISHI ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION ("MAC") to recover, as preferential transfers, payments totalling $411,000 which were allegedly made to, and for the benefit of, MAC pursuant to a Mutual Release ("the Release") executed by the parties as a settlement of a lawsuit instituted...
