OPINION

HATHAWAY, Judge.

Appellant was charged with five counts of child molestation, one count of sexual abuse and one count of sexual conduct with a minor, all dangerous crimes against children. Pursuant to a plea agreement, he pled no contest to one count of attempted sexual abuse. He was sentenced to the maximum prison term of 15 years, but in post-conviction proceedings, the trial court vacated the sentence and has set the matter for resentencing...
