Bryon C. Pounds appeals from a judgment convicting him of possessing a short-barreled shotgun contrary to sec. 941.28(1)(c), Stats. He contends that the shotgun and his inculpatory statements should have been suppressed. We address two main issues. The first issue is whether Pounds was entitled to a Miranda1 warning in the context of a Terry-type2 investigatory stop, when he was handcuffed...
