In Disciplinary Proceeding No. S93Y0307, the Respondent, Wayne F. Carmichael, was charged by the State Bar of Georgia with violating Standards 4, 22 (b), 23, and 44 of Bar Rule 4-102. He was personally served with a Notice of Discipline pursuant to Bar Rule 4-208.1 which recited, inter alia, that the Investigative Panel had determined that the appropriate sanction for the violations is disbarment.
