The Appellant, Angelo Maurice Sharpless, appeals from an order entered by the Circuit Court of Mercer County on March 9, 1992, upholding a jury conviction for receipt of stolen property. Appellant assigns as error abuse of discretion on the part of the prosecuting attorney in charging him given an alleged agreement to the contrary, the improper admission of evidence, and ineffective assistance of counsel.
