Peter Brogan has submitted an affidavit dated July 21, 1993, wherein he tenders his resignation as an attorney and counselor-at-law (22 NYCRR 691.9).

Mr. Brogan acknowledges that he is the subject of an investigation by the Grievance Committee for the Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts concerning complaints alleging various irregularities with respect to his escrow accounts. Mr. Brogan further acknowledges that if charges were predicated
