This lawsuit arises from the termination of Theodore Yambor as a family counselor with St. Vincent Medical Center ("St. Vincent"). The defendants, St. Vincent, Rebecca Mase, program manager of Adolescent Behavioral Services, and Pat Cygnor, program coordinator of the Adolescent Chemical Program at St. Vincent, filed a joint motion for summary judgment to which plaintiff Yambor responded.
