This case is a direct appeal from a death sentence imposed by a jury at a resentencing hearing. We shall affirm.

The appellant, Eugene Colvin-el, was convicted in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, in a prosecution removed from Baltimore County, of first degree murder, robbery with a deadly weapon, and daytime housebreaking.
