Sue Ann Case (now Sue Ann Miller) (Miller) appeals the district court's affirmance of a decision of an administrative hearing officer (AHO) reducing Carlton M. Case' child support obligation.

Miller raises five issues on appeal: (1) Was there a material change in circumstances justifying a reduction in child support based upon the facts in this case; (2) was it an abuse of discretion to impute Case' income at 50% of its prior amount after the AHO...
