State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, as subrogee of its insured, Dianne Taylor, appeals as of right the order of Kent Circuit Judge Dennis Leiber allowing Bruce Galen to amend his prior rejection of mediation to reflect that both parties accepted the mediation award of $9,000 in favor of State Farm. Because Galen, through his insurer, Citizens Insurance Company, had rejected the mediation evaluation, State Farm asserts that Galen was improperly...
