Margaret Casaday (Casaday) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Clearfield County (trial court) which denied her petition to set aside tax sale on the basis that she had ample actual knowledge of the sale conducted by the Clearfield County Tax Claim Bureau (bureau). We affirm.
