Baker, appellant, and against Roy H. Haas Associates, Inc., appellee, in the amount of $250.00. On June 24, 1991, Baker had filed suit against Haas alleging negligence, breach of contract and fraud in connection with a home inspection performed by Haas on property subsequently purchased...
