Horace R. Broadus, a Detroit postal worker, appeals his conviction on three counts of distributing crack cocaine under 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The charges against the defendant arose from a United States Postal Inspector's investigation of whether postal worker Clarence Welch was selling drugs during his shift at the main post office in Detroit.
