Plaintiff's decedent sustained severe injury when he was struck by an automobile which had been operated by defendant's decedent, Gary Robinson. Mr. Robinson was caused to lose control over the vehicle after sustaining two gunshot wounds to the back and upper arm, the bullets penetrating the pulmonary artery, lungs and bronchus.
