Catherine Nikkila appeals as of right the trial court's summary dismissal of her counterclaim against the law firm of Kaufman & Payton, P.C.,1 under the Whistleblowers' Protection Act, MCL 15.361 et seq.; MSA 17.428(1) et seq. We affirm.
