Appellant was convicted by a jury of one count of unlawful transfer of a narcotic drug and sentenced to a mitigated term of 5.25 years' imprisonment. On appeal he contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion for a directed verdict and in instructing the jury. He also claims that the evidence does not support his conviction.
