Appellant, Henry Choate, Jr. asks us to decide four issues arising out of the granting of a divorce decree in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County. Three of the four issues grew out of the ownership of what became the family home, which was brought into the marriage by appellee, Ramona C. Choate. She transferred the home from her name to her name and Mr. Choate's name as tenants by the entirety just a few months...
