TAYLOR, J.

Originally charged in a three-count complaint, defendant was convicted by a jury of two counts and acquitted of one count of concealing or misrepresenting the identity of a motor vehicle with intent to mislead, MCL 750.415(2); MSA 28.647(2). He appeals as of right his convictions and the trial court's order to sell the vehicles at public auction. We affirm.
