PER CURIAM.

Defendant Cincinnati Insurance Company appeals as of right a June 15, 1990, Saginaw Circuit Court order granting the plaintiff, Secura Insurance Company, summary disposition. We vacate the court's order and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
