Leeds Federal Savings and Loan Association (Leeds) timely appealed to the Court of Special Appeals from a judgment entered by the Circuit Court for Baltimore County upon a jury verdict in favor of Delores J. Metcalf and Merrill W. Metcalf, her husband, in the amount of $73,617.
