Robert J. Karp appeals his conviction on a charge of second degree assault, contending that the trial court erred in denying his motion to dismiss the charge for an alleged violation of equal protection and in failing to instruct the jury that the crime of unlawful exhibition of a firearm is a lesser included offense of second degree assault, as charged.
