A single issue is presented for our review: Did the court below err in entering summary judgment on the basis that the family car exclusion contained in the policies issued by Appellee State Farm Insurance Company (State Farm) barred Appellant Paul Sherwood (Paul) from recovering first-party underinsured benefits under the facts of this case?
