This consolidated appeal arises from the action of the trial court in rendering judgments of dismissal in two criminal cases. The judgments followed orders suppressing evidence in both cases for the reason that the document purporting to be an affidavit supporting the search and seizure warrant involved in both cases lacked a completed jurat.1 The court gave permission to the state to appeal both judgments.
