PARKER, Justice.

Defendant, upon a proper bill of indictment, was convicted of five counts of committing indecent liberties upon a minor in violation of N.C.G.S. § 14-202.1. The trial judge consolidated two counts for judgment and sentenced defendant to six years' imprisonment in that judgment; for the remaining three counts, also consolidated for judgment, defendant received an eight-year sentence.
