Defendant, Gary Watch, appeals his conviction on the ground that the district court violated Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure in accepting his guilty plea. Watch also appeals the district court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence and seeks a determination that he has been denied his right to effective assistance of counsel.
