Appellant, William F. Bond, appeals from the trial court's decision ordering him to reimburse the state of Ohio for $12,435 of public assistance received by his children. We affirm.

William and Betty Bond were divorced in 1971 pursuant to a divorce decree issued in California. That decree apparently required William to pay $10 per week for support of their two minor children, and William contends that he at all times paid the required...
