Per Curiam.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas. Appellant, William Kutz II, is appealing his conviction and sentence for one count of aggravated vehicular homicide in violation of R.C. 2903.06 with a specification of driving under the influence. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the decision of the trial court.
