Appellant Ramon Evan Bland appeals two convictions of second degree assault. Specifically, he contends that (1) he was denied his right to a unanimous jury, (2) there was insufficient evidence to support the alternative means of committing assault for counts 1 and 2, (3) there was insufficient evidence to find assault of the second victim for count 2, (4) the convictions for counts 1, 2, and 3 violate the constitutional prohibition against double jeopardy...
