Condemnee BP Oil Company owns the land at issue in this condemnation case at the corner of Washington Road and Pleasant Home Road in Richmond County, on which is constructed a convenience store and fuel pumps. Originally the store was operated by an independent third party under contract with the condemnee, but by the time of the trial in this case the contract had expired and condemnee had assumed the operation of the business on the property....
