Following trial by jury, Douglas Jarvis was convicted of one count of conspiracy to traffic in cocaine, 21 U.S.C. § 846; seven counts of possessing with intent to distribute cocaine, 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1); and five counts of travelling in interstate commerce to promote an unlawful activity, 18 U.S.C. § 1952(a)(3).
