Petitioner Edward M. Lawson seeks review of a decision of the Court of Appeals, Division One, reversing summary judgment dismissal with prejudice by the King County Superior Court of cross claims of Respondents Jack Craig and Immaculate J. Lupis for contribution against petitioner arising out of a chain automobile collision.1 We granted review. We reverse the Court of Appeals.
