The defendant appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of criminal attempt to commit burglary in the second degree in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-49 and 53a-102 (a) and conspiracy to commit burglary in the second degree in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-48 (a) and 53a-102 (a). On appeal, he claims that the trial court improperly (1) allowed testimony that the complainants' window was broken...
