("Olympia"), appeals the trial court's entry of summary judgment in favor of appellee First Nationwide Bank ("First Nationwide") on its cross-claim in the amount of $1,219,779.51, the unpaid balance due on Olympia's promissory note, and a foreclosure upon the real property securing the note.
