Pauline Hogan made an imprudent second mortgage loan which, in fairly short time, caused her to lose her house. She brought an action against the lender, Robert L. Riemer, doing business as Pickwick Financial Associates ("Pickwick"), seeking varieties of relief. The common premise of all her claims of relief was that Pickwick had initially offered more favorable loan terms than the loan documents signed...
