Dennis E. Jones appeals from judgments of conviction for two armed robberies of the same video rental store. Jones contends that Judge David Bastianelli abused his discretion when he ruled that "other acts" evidence, consisting of the evidence of one robbery, would be admissible during the trial on the other armed robbery. We conclude that Jones' agreement to a consolidation of the two cases for trial waives his right to appeal the pretrial order admitting...
