JAMES B. HAINES, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.

Before the court is the debtors' § 522(f)(1)1 motion to avoid judicial liens held by Casco Northern Bank, N.A. ("Casco") and Coastal Oil of New England ("Coastal").
