The appeal in this matter, in which defendant Nicholas Yanakas challenged the granting of summary judgment to plaintiff Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co. (the "Bank") on its claim to enforce certain guarantees, was decided in an opinion filed on October 18, 1993, see Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co. v.
