Consumers Insurance Company appeals the trial court's judgment in favor of Mary Ann Cimoch, claiming the trial court erred in dismissing its claim against the marital community of Norman Cimoch and Mary Ann Cimoch, dismissing its claim against Mary Ann Cimoch individually, and awarding Mary Ann Cimoch attorney's fees.
