Defendant Caroline Ekwunoh pled guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute more than one kilogram of heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) (1988) and 841(b)(1)(A)(i) (1988 & Supp. IV 1992).
