This matter is before the court on an appeal filed by appellant, Carnegie Construction Company ("Carnegie"), seeking reversal of the judgment of the Champaign County Court of Common Pleas in favor of appellee, Indiana Insurance Company ("Indiana"). Appellee asserts in its brief that this court should dismiss the appeal for lack of a final appealable order. In the face of the Ohio Supreme Court's recent opinion in Polikoff v. Adam (1993),
