Defendants, a former Alabama Governor and his Chief Of Staff, appeal denial of summary judgment on First Amendment free speech and Fourteenth Amendment gender discrimination claims made by plaintiff, one of the Governor's assistants. The district court found that some of plaintiff's claims turned on disputed questions of fact and did not grant defendants summary judgment on all claims.
