Eric Chanel was convicted by a jury of possession with intent to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), and importation of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 952(a) and 960(a)(1). He was sentenced to concurrent terms of 115 months imprisonment on each count, to be followed by four years supervised release. On appeal, he argues that the district court erred by adjusting his criminal history calculation upward two points...
