Spatt, District Judge, 816 F.Supp. 825 (E.D.N.Y.1993), for incidental damages sustained by the Texport Oil Company (Texport) when its gasoline was contaminated by residue in the cargo hull of the cargo vessel the M/V Amolyntos (Amolyntos).
