PER CURIAM:

The Supreme Court of the United States granted a writ of certiorari in this case and reversed the judgment of this court. Church of the Lukumi Babalu Aye, Inc., et al. v. City of Hialeah, ___ U.S. ___, 113 S.Ct. 2217, 124 L.Ed.2d 472 (1993).

It is ORDERED that the judgment of the district court is reversed and this action remanded to the district court for further proceedings in conformity with the opinion of the Supreme Court.
