On August 18, 1993, the respondent pleaded guilty in the Supreme Court, Queens County, to attempted grand larceny in the third degree (see, Penal Law §§ 155.35, 110.05).

Pursuant to Judiciary Law § 90 (4), the respondent ceased to be an attorney and counselor-at-law upon his conviction of a felony.
