Truelove and Elizabeth Truelove, his wife, and Philip Flynn and Christine Flynn, his wife, residents of Lower Makefield Township (the residents), appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, which struck a condition imposed on the special exception granted to Diane Mann (Dr. Mann).
