SCHALLER, J.

The defendants appeal from the judgment, rendered after a court trial, upholding the plaintiff's claim of fraud. The defendants claim that the trial court improperly made legal and factual conclusions that (1) exceeded the scope of the complaint and (2) were unsupported by the evidence and clearly erroneous. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
