In this diversity case under Washington law, Cenlin Taiwan Ltd. appeals the district court's summary judgment in favor of the Bank of California ("BankCal"). Cenlin primarily argues BankCal improperly collected payment under letters of credit for which Cenlin had ultimate liability.
